Giám Đốc Tài Chính (CFO)

- Overseeing departments involved in the purchase, pricing, investments, debt management and accounts payable and receivable 

- Providing leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams 

- Providing recommendations to the senior management and members of the executive team

- Assisting in the processes of financial prediction and preparation of budgets 

- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports 

- Assisting the executive team on long-term financial and business planning 

- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external partners, stakeholders and investors 

- Tracking cash flow and analysing the company’s financial weaknesses and strength, whilst proposing corrective actions

A candidate for this position must have many years of experience in a senior management position. He/she must be familiar with managerial activities relating to hiring, HR, employee training and discipline policy. Candidates with Internal Auditors and Accountants background will be advantageous.
